Sukha Open Gym is our foundational strength and conditioning offering that follows our self led format. Train all facets from strength, mobility and conditioning through a specific monthly program on your own at lower utilized times of the day.

Sukha Open Gym is a pre-programmed strength and conditioning offering that follows our monthly periodized program.

Since it is meant to be a self-led program, we use very simplistic exercises and rep schemes that you are familiar with. There are no time limits or clocks to race against; if you have movements you want to slow down and work on it's the offering for you!

There are a few main differences between Sukha Open Gym and Sukha Strength:
The first difference is this is a self-led program.  If you don’t have a large training history, and find yourself struggling with technique or names of exercises we would recommend sticking to Sukha Strength.
The second difference is there is no time constraint. As much as we recommend completing the training session in a given time interval to reap the cardiovascular and muscular endurance rewards, it is not mandatory to finish in an hour.  You will also have the flexibility to come and leave as you wish. You are not restricted to starting on the hour.  If your schedule requires you to train at 2:15, 3:20 etc, you are more than welcome to.
